Welcome to Nanomelon. By using our services you agree to these terms and to our Community Guidelines.

1. Service Description

Nanomelon provides online services including AI image and video generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate any part or all of the services at any time.

2. Account and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account. When using our services you agree not to upload illegal, infringing, obscene or otherwise objectionable content; not to abuse or disrupt the service; and to comply with applicable laws and platform rules, including the Community Guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property and Generated Content

Platform content (e.g. interface, logos, copy) is owned by us or our licensors. For content you generate using our services, as a paying user and subject to our policies, you retain applicable rights; you must ensure you do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Public gallery and user-generated content (UGC)

If you mark a work as “Publicly visible,” you ask us to consider it for the Public Images grid and related gallery pages. Public display is not automatic:

Upstream models apply automated safety filters to generation requests.
Public candidates enter a human review queue. Only staff-approved items (is_public=1 and approved status) appear in the public list.
We may reject, unpublish, or delete public works that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines (including sexual content involving minors, hate, harassment, clear infringement, scams, and extreme violence).

By making a work public you grant Nanomelon a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and thumbnail that work and its prompt on the site for as long as it remains approved. You remain responsible for the legality of the prompt and any source images. Visitors may report public content to support@flyingmob.com; we review reports and may act without prior notice to the uploader when needed to protect users or comply with law.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services. Users are solely responsible for what they upload and publish; we moderate public UGC as described above but do not guarantee that every violation is caught instantly.

6. Changes and Termination

We may revise these terms and will publish changes on this page. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may stop using the services. We may terminate or restrict your access when necessary, including for Community Guidelines violations.
