Nanomelon (“we”, “us”) operates the website https://nanomelon.top and related AI image-generation services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, which cookies and identifiers we and our partners set, and how you can control them. It is written to cover Google AdSense and similar third-party advertising when those services are enabled on this site.

We do not pass personally identifying information (email, phone number, name, or account ID) into ad request URLs or ad data layers. Ads are requested without PII.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by Google at Google Ads Settings. You can also visit www.aboutads.info to opt out of some other participating companies’ interest-based ads. Opting out does not mean you will see no ads; it means ads are less likely to be based on your inferred interests.
Interest-based (personalized) ads use cookies or advertising IDs to infer topics you may care about. Non-personalized ads may still appear based on contextual signals (page content, approximate location from IP) without building a long-term interest profile.

We use the information above to provide and improve generation, authenticate users, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support, moderate public gallery submissions, and—where ads are enabled—to measure and (with consent where required) personalize advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
When you mark a generated image as publicly visible, we store moderation metadata (pending / approved / rejected) so that only staff-approved works appear in Public Images. If you email a UGC report to support@flyingmob.com, we process the message (URL, reason, and your contact email) solely to investigate and remove or restrict violating content. Report emails are retained as needed for security and legal claims, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required. We do not share your prompts or generated images with advertisers as a targeting list. We do not use sensitive categories (health, religion, sexual orientation, and similar) to build advertising audiences.
Nanomelon is a general-audience creative tool. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it. We do not serve interest-based ads to known child-directed content; this site is not child-directed.
We keep account and generation records for as long as the account is active and as needed for security, accounting, and legal claims. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@flyingmob.com. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission is perfectly secure.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material advertising or cookie changes will be reflected in this page before those features go live.
