Community guidelines and public gallery moderation

Nanomelon is primarily a generation studio. The homepage Public Images grid and selected /gallery/*.html pages can show works that users marked as publicly visible. That is user-generated content (UGC). This page explains what is allowed, how we review it, and how you report problems. By publishing a work as public you agree to these rules and to our Terms of Service.

1. What may appear in Public Images

Only images that pass both layers below can appear in the public grid:

1. Automated / model safety filters — upstream image models already refuse many disallowed prompts (for example sexual content involving minors, some violent or illegal requests, and certain celebrity or trademarked character likenesses). A refused or failed job does not publish and does not deduct credits.
2. Human review before public display — when you turn on “Publicly visible,” the work is stored with a pending approval state. The public API lists only items that staff have approved (is_public=1 and is_approved=1). Pending or rejected works stay private to the account and never enter the public grid.

Private works (toggle off) are not listed publicly and are not treated as community content for AdSense purposes.

2. Prohibited public content

Do not mark as public—or attempt to generate for public display—anything that includes:

• Sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, or any sexualization of minors (zero tolerance).
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake pornography, or doxxing.
• Hate, harassment, or calls to violence against people or groups.
• Clear copyright or trademark infringement you do not have rights to (brand mascots, pirated characters used as the main subject).
• Scams, phishing lures, malware instructions, or other illegal activity.
• Gore, extreme violence, or content that exploits real disasters for shock value.
• Spam grids: near-identical duplicates posted only to fill the gallery.

We may remove content, reject approval, hide a gallery page, or restrict accounts that break these rules. Serious cases may be reported to authorities where required by law.

3. Review workflow (what “moderation” means here)

• Submit: User generates an image and opts into “Publicly visible.”
• Queue: Item enters the admin review queue as pending approval.
• Decide: Staff approve (visible in Public Images) or reject (remains private / not listed).
• Ongoing: We spot-check the live grid and act on user reports. Approved items can be unpublished later if a report is valid or if policy changes.

There is no open comment thread under gallery images today. UGC on Nanomelon means published images and their prompts—not an unmoderated forum.

4. How to report a public image

Email support@flyingmob.com with subject line UGC report - Nanomelon and include:

• The page URL (for example https://nanomelon.top/gallery/105.html) or a screenshot of the Public Images card.
• Why it violates these guidelines (hate, sexual minors, copyright, etc.).
• Your contact email if different from the sending address.

We aim to review reports within two business days. Valid reports lead to removal from the public grid and, where needed, account action. Do not send illegal content samples beyond what is needed to identify the listing.

5. Your responsibilities when publishing

You must have the right to publish the prompt and any source photo used in image-to-image. Do not upload other people’s private photos without permission. Prompts on public pages are readable by strangers—do not put emails, phone numbers, or home addresses in the prompt text.

Marking a work public does not transfer ownership to Nanomelon; it grants us a license to display it in the gallery and related pages while it remains approved. Details are in the Terms.
