What to include so we can actually help

For a failed generation, send the approximate time, the mode (text-to-image or image-to-image), the model name if you remember it, and whether credits were deducted. For billing, include the email on the account—not a screenshot of a card number. For a privacy request (access, correction, deletion), say so in the subject line. For a gallery takedown, send the URL of the page (for example /gallery/105.html) and why it should not be public.

Typical response time

We aim to reply within two business days. Account deletion and payment disputes are handled first. Feature ideas are welcome; we may not build them.

What this address is not for

Do not send malware samples, bulk SEO pitches, or prompts that ask us to bypass the model’s safety filters. We will not help you impersonate a real person or produce content we already block in the product.
